Kabelo Malao is an accomplished Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 25 years of distinguished legal practice. As the Sole Director and Owner of K MALAO Incorporated, he leads a comprehensive litigation practice specializing in commercial contracts, civil litigation, medical negligence, labour law, and dispute resolution.
His career foundation was laid at the practical legal training at the law school in Pretoria and and a candidate attorney in 2001 at state attorneys office in Pretoria and later an advocate of the High Court (2008-2013), following earlier key roles as a Claims Handler at the Road Accident . This extensive experience provides a unique 360-degree perspective on litigation, from initial claims handling to high-level advocacy and now running a successful firm.
